Colonsay
First visited by man in 7000 BC, Colonsay has been a popular destination since the Stone Age. It is a paradise for naturalists, with sub-tropical plants and 150 species of migrant birds that flourish in its mild Gulf Sea climate. Beautiful Kiloran Bay beach offers excellent surfing on the Atlantic rollers and also has a natural rock pool deep enough for diving.
